I chose this hotel for attending a conference, and it provided a convenient location near the Chicago Financial District and the Chicago Loop Business District. The 24-hour business center and express check-out were very useful for my work needs. The hotel's proximity to various corporate headquarters, including Boeing and IBM, was a great advantage for a business traveler like me.

The only service that I missed for my work was the lack of a dedicated meeting space within the hotel premises.

i stayed at best western and the location was perfect for exploring the area on foot. the room was clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were very accommodating. having on-site parking was a plus, especially compared to other hotels with expensive off-site parking. being able to drop off our bags early was a helpful touch, and the hotel's proximity to michigan ave and navy pier was convenient.

Staff were really helpful, especially a few of them. The hotel is in a great spot, super close to downtown and plenty of restaurants. They were also happy to give tips on cool places to visit around 🗺️.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. We were able to easily explore all the top attractions in the area, thanks to the hotel's great neighborhood. The service was top-notch, with a wonderful waiter who made us feel right at home. The room was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a refrigerator. The hotel also had a fantastic dining restaurant and a bar/lounge area where we could unwind after a long day of sightseeing. The staff, although only two members, were attentive and made sure all our needs were met.

The hotel is reasonably priced and offers good rooms with updated bathrooms, a fold-out bed, and a pullout couch. The staff are superbly friendly, offering early check-in. There is an adjoining bar and a reasonably priced restaurant for breakfast. This hotel is great for visiting Oak Street and has a fantastic location for traveling to Chicago.
